Taiga Nishino

Taiga Nishino (born 16 October 2009) is a men's singles skater representing Japan.

He is the 2026 World Junior Championships bronze medalist, the 2025 JGP Italy champion and the 2025 JGP Poland silver medalist. He qualified for the 2025-26 JGP Final and is the 2025 Japanese junior national bronze medalist.

It must be a particularly happy birthday, as he's earned a place for the Junior Grand Prix Final, and must have known it since the results of the Abu Dhabi Junior Grand Prix? Congratulation!

His Free Skating was a bit rough too, and he's ending fifth, but at such a young age it's quite impressive! I hope that he'll be successful at All-Japan Nationals and get a spot for World Junior Championships!

Yess! Second in the Free! Of course rather far behind Rio Nakata but he still has a year to go in Junior.
I think that it's @4everchan who said that skating to Beethoven deserved a reward? Well, Minkyu Seo fell on his 4S but Taiga Nishino gets a medal!
