I hate to say it but maybe she needs to decrease her use of deep edges and reduce her involvement in the interpretation of the steps and save up for the second half.

:sad21:Imagine what the reaction (and scores!) will be if she puts in a 3A AND 4S/4T!! :eeking:
anyway it's too early to speculate on that, because she hasn't yet landed a clean 4S at the competition, but maaan, this generation is going to be in-fckn-sane! :shocked:looks like it.Hmm, I feel like there's an overabundance of twizzles in Nastya Gulyakova's programs, especially the SP. That said, she had some lovely skates, and hopefully this clinches her second JGP event.![]()
looks like it.
4 - Trusova, Konstantinova
5 - Tarakanova, Samodurova
6 - Panenkova, Kostornaya
7 - Gulyakova (Konstantinova/Samodurova/Kostornaya)
why? Gulyakova will have her second GP for sure.they may pull out alyona, after gulyakova's win. and i'm not happy about that at all:sad21:
in this case... Alyona will be out. :sad46:But if both Konstantinova and Samodurova shine? Then Kostornaya spots might go. I think Gulyakova's chances now are quite good.

I think it's not fair that we mentioned only gold and silver medalists (two Nastyas) and forgot about bronze medalist! Please welcome, Valeria "ABBA girl" Mikhailova! She kept her free program! Yay!
money, money, money

what does ABBA stand for?
First letters of first names of singers from the band. You are either young or not from former Soviet Union or EuropeTo say they were famous in the 70s and 80s is to say nothing. They were icons.
And that's a link to a movie about their touring Australia. Looks like it was a big hit there as well.

i know that band, but what relation she has to them? i don't understand anyway
P.S. i don't follow juniors too much, mostly only "hyped" ones![]()
Since that competition she became ABBA girl. I'm not talking about ana im talking about you putting words into osmond4golds mouth that she/he did not say. She never said osmond was the best skater in the world. she/he said they she has potential. I am sure anna is capable of beating osmond shes an amazing skater, what im saying is that you keep undermining kaetlyn when she has proved time and time again that shes a worthy oppent of anna and the rest of the Russian ladies. "and next time invite your canadian friends" wow just how more condesecending and mean can you be? this is such a hate thread. possibly the worst on here.so saying that anna is able to beat canadians = bashing canadians? and we should expect an angry canadian mob in russian thread after saying this?
i was thinking that it's just a fact. anna had a more successful season than canadian ladies overall. there's a lot of points awarded for worlds, but even after her disastrous 13th place finish at worlds, she's still #2 in world rankings. and speaking about that canadians have a higher PB than anna, you probably didn't notice, but scores are different from competition to competition, and at worlds scores are usually bigger than scores at let's say GPF.
and no one knows how anna would be scored, if she skated her best at worlds
