Apparently she injured her back in the training session beforehand -- so I guess that beilman wobble yesterday was indicative of a back issue. Here I was thinking her issues were with her knee, since she has many old pics on her insta of her with her knee taped up. I'm just praying we don't get any further withdraws from her. Be strong Anna!

I'm shocked. The next thing we'll hear is that she withdraws from Skate Canada. I have a bad feeling. Damn and I was so positive after the SP.![]()
Withdrawing from this doesn't affect her ability to compete at nationals does it?
My fear got confirmed... It's so sad. Back pains are ridiculously hard to cure. It is what prevented gymnast Viktoria Komova to compete for the Olympics last year. I just hope that it is not more than a pulled muscle, and she will recover in time or at least manage the pain for the GPs. Those Billeman and donut spins need to go! Her health is the most important thing! I hope to see her enjoy skating with her beautiful expressions, not pulling through the pain :sad21:
Pray for Anna!
so her old injury is a back pain, that's a chronic issue and can be life long... :sad21:

aren't skaters allowed to get pain killers ? she can skate with that I guess if its bearable.

Any word on how Anna is recovering from her injury? So excited to see her next week!
I heard that she doesnt only have back injuries but also psychological problems.
Not sure if just a rumor, but read about it here somewhere lately:
