Goteborg (Gothenberg) Sweden for 2008. (About a four hour train ride from Copenhagen.)

I think anyone going to 2008 Worlds might have to drive from the nearest airport
to the event.

Goteborg has its own airport, but you might have to transfer somewhere when flying in from outside of Europe.
