That's what I think as well. She really loves Zhenya more than anybody else ever, including Polina Shelepen and Julia. But I also believe (hope!) she's professional enough to not let it influence her work.

I'm not Alina's uber fan. I just like her skating more than Zhenya's, so I'm going to root for her in Marin's Olympic absence.i don't see Alina in this list :scowl:

One of them is repeating this nonsense for last two years, last year Med was the final product, now I guess he will go on up to Akatieva and beyond.
Every single one of these girls is a brilliant individual and mistress of her art, imo.
