from the short practice and the way he did transition practice it seems he will be doing 4S in short program, thankfully

and from FS jump entries it seems he is going for opening lo and 3lz as last jumping pass. I don't know about you but I am no less horrified about that 3 lz than 4lz

I guess FS layout will depend on short program outcome. If he is comfortably in the lead then I guess he might go even for 3 quads only

What time is the next practice? And seeing him so smiley since he arrived makes me :luv17: I dont know what kind of mental training prepared Brian and co, or if he fell into a marshmallow pool but please skating gods, let him keep that smile through the games.
I guess tomorrow we will have more clues about the layout

Shizuka Arakawa says he's not testing the ice because this is not the main rink. He probably wanted to do more but his coach is in control and told him not to.

Yuzu’s issues with the 3Lz were a matter of being exhausted by the end, but his stamina has improved a lot since then. Hopefully it will pay off I think the only time he missed it last season was the GPF?
Am I being too optimistic?
