Exactly, and I'd like some news about their practice as I'm sure that must have had one before tomorrow morning or am I wrong ?

The official schedule didn't have any ice dance practices scheduled for this afternoon - it was men's gala and ladies' singles on the practice rink today. The next practice for ice dance is tomorrow at 6:45am local time, before the free skate. It's okay, it gives them plenty of physical and mental recovery time.

As far as I know, the yellow light does mean an element is under review, but not necessarily for levels, it could be for anything. In the singles comp it can mean that a jump will be checked for underrotation, for example.

Nah nah nah certainly not, they obviously and rightfully would have been first today if it was not for that incident but there was an incident so I'm not taking any more risks ever

My heart was immediately broken when I heard what happened. But you know what? It's probably crazy but this incident may help them after all. Although the Canadians broke the world record in the short, the majority of the world seems to be talking mainly about P/C and the dress accident. And if the ice dance world is really about the momentum and this type of popularity and if P/C perform their absolute best tomorrow, nothing is lost. I just hope they will enjoy their free dance and everything else will be fine.

Apparemment, on aurait vu la coach de préparation mentale canadienne recoudre cet endroit pendant l'échauffement. Ca veut dire que le crochet (sûrement?) était déjà H.S. Bizarre, non? Normalement on vérifie son matériel en avance. A moins que quelqu'un ait mis un coup de ciseau, ni vu ni connu.

Effectivement, ça semble bien compromis. Je trouve hallucinant le fait de coudre des pressions à la dernière minute. On parle quand même ici de prétendants à la médaille d'or. Le staff est mauvais, mal organisé.

Gold clearly does not matter honestly at this point. Having a great performance does.

I didn't watch the last group because of nerves and just went to sleep. I'm not sure if I should go back and watch, it sounds mortifying. I never cared about the colour of their medal going into this, just for them to have good performances. I hope Gabi will be alright.

It's not like they were tentative for no reason. Gabby literally needed to stop the front of the dress from falling off entirely the whole program. It's good that they had their training to rely on.

I saw Meryl Davis and Meagan Duhamel expressing their sympathies on twitter. There seems to be a lot of good will towards them in the skating world for their quest for Gold.
