Yuzuru Hanyu: 2017-2018

I'm getting whiplash, didn't realized I missed the FCC conference so I'm downloading it now to watch! I guess he's making up for the media black out these last few months by having a media onslaught.

He is talking in another press con right now :drama:

I think this is the last one, and he will see ANA after this.

The translator did a wonderful job! :points:

Me too! The translation is most of the time spot on! I love this organisation, the question from the overseas media also give a pair of fresh eyes over some other aspects which has not been asked before. (I love how Yuzu was smiling and have this “finally” look on his face, when he finally received the question from media of Spain.)

"If I were to participate in the Beijing Olympics, I intend to win" Please just think about healing your current injury first...

He was asked if he was thinking of having family, he didn't answer clearly

His wish of getting married at 25 is completely out the window now that he's hit 23  We always feel so young and not ready for adulting until that day comes when you start feeling old :palmf:

And he also knows if he said "Yes, my ideal age of getting married is 25" or something here, it would be the headline on all newspapers tomorrow. He is a very wise man

Is it common to ask personal questions of an athlete? Seems kind of private.

I think I can say it is common and was asked as one of the general questions here, like "do you have any dream after this, such as having family in future?"

Lol. He has been fulfilled the Japanese traditional so far. His parents might have had some arrangements in places. My Japanese mother-in-law is a big part of why we got married so young.

I'm still hoping for my shipping with Satoko though.

Thank you for explaining. This interview sounded more challenging.
