Didn’t Adam have a 4lutz at one time - maybe ur though. I guess we don’t have a lot of data points here.
Adam always had that fake 4lutz, but I think his 3A get more stable under Raf.

if Raf helped other male skaters master quads (not just Nathan), if he does, I will give him credits for the rare ability to train quads.
Nathan is a special talent. Do you know any other male skaters mastered quads or improved their quads under Raf's instruction.
Ponsart, who just blew his PB out of the water at Worlds. His previous PB was around 200, but he just scored 229. And he's 25yo and 6ft tall.
what quad is him doing? And I don't quite know about his skating. so I cannot judge.
4T.
Anyway, Ponsart's having his best season ever and has a real chance to win French Nationals next year.
Marin Honda is going to Raf?! I recall she has some foot problems that may affect her jumps.
I did hear that Vivien Le lost her jumps for whatever reason.

It doesn’t seem like we have enough data points other than Nathan’s quads to say if Raf is a master at teaching this skill.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I have thought UC Irvine is a relatively prestigious university for premed.
Nathan can go to Harvard for medical school afterwards. And he can save enough money from sponsorship and
lucrative Japanese shows for very expensive medical school tuition.

Nathan himself credited Raf’s technical coaching. https://translate.googleusercontent...700201&usg=ALkJrhhriBxK0rQL4Jrx3P4GnPAkXruaiw
He also said at Worlds that Raf was more than a coach to him, and I don’t think Nathan is the type to give undeserved praise.
Raf actually seems fatherly towards Nathan and mindful of managing risk of injury. I think this stability has contributed to Nathan’s development as a skater.
TBH, I don't really think the specifics of research abilities of all this elite schools matters that much to an undergrad (they will all be good enough for any undergrad)
Name/fame and experience of the university is more important.
