Okay MaiKatze, here I am, because a toilet is calling me?! :drama::scratch3::laugh2: Didn't mind going back a page or two here to check what's going on, but I ended up checking 'Depends' on Amazon... :slink: thanks to Arriba. ::rofl:

Yes, you'd better be very careful re toliets, especially if you're a woman. And YES, they did have Japanese style ones actually, but most of them are Western style, only one or two J-style in each restrooms, 4 years ago... It was crazy indeed I had to stand in line forever just for a toilet break. Be kindly reminded, even Zamboni time is NOT ENOUGH for women.

Thanks deedee! I will have to really think about going to Worlds. I don't mind waiting a bit but not Zamboni time. :laugh2: Loved your Depends comment!

I wondered if Tarah Kayne had a chance to see Shoma skate at the Olys, since she’s such a big fan of his. I got my question answered today when I listened to Episode #67 of the Ice Talk podcast. They were laughing through all the comments. Tarah and Danny were at the Olys because they were alternates for the Knierims. http://web.icenetwork.com/fans/icetalk

J: You got a little Shoma Uno to watch Tarah?
T: Yes, everyone knows I’m a big fan.
J: Shoma Uno & Tarah Kayne -- the next Olympic champions coming up.
T: You know I really think we have something that could really be special. We did a little pairs skating together when I was on The Ice tour. But he was not great at pairs skating, so I think he should stick to singles. I think that’s really his forte.
D: I mean, he’s decent at singles, right? (they all laugh) I’m not too worried about the pairs career.
J: Yeah, Oly silver medalist, right?

(They seem to always have fun when they get together. Tarah has said her friendship with Shoma is one of her favorites. And just cos it’s off-season, how could we forget these pairs moments)

cute video of Tarah trying to lift Shoma and then Danny lifting Shoma. Tarah also posted on twitter a photo of her giving Shoma a piggyback ride with Satoko laughing in background when Shoma won silver medal

I knew we could depend on you deedee! I remember just out of curiosity looking up how many people Saitama holds (more than 30,000). And I would have to think that for figure skating a huge percentage of that audience is female. Oh dear - recipe for disaster!

Hello, fellow Shoma fans, not sure if these have been posted or not, but found these beautiful drawings of Shoma Bean:

Beautiful water color painting of Shoma

Nice drawings of Shoma from This Town

My apologies if they have already been posted, but I don't have time to look through hundreds of messages, LOL

These are amazing! They capture his expressions so well. So many talented fans out there, I love it.

Sota will be going to Chukyo U, so... maybe we'll see four people bowling instead of 3 next time?

That would be sweet! :luv17: But their schedules might not coincide?? (Does Sota like bowling??)
I don't know, but where there's a will, there's a way. [emoji16] Or they can all just play darts or billiards or table tennis or have dinner. Or play basketball!! [emoji28]

Thanks for sharing! They're beautiful but the watercolor truly captures his essence.

Not sure about the cheerleading and Rook's cute but definitely, Shoma's way cuter! And as some said before, he's also so cool and has become a very handsome young man!

Now with his yo-yo...
(The date says 2017, but this looks more like his 2014 Face :scratch2:)

Definitely the old face. Love the cheeky grin! Ah, from Sota's instagram. It's hard to believe how different their lives have been these past couple years -- Shoma with all his successes and Sota with his unfortunate injuries. Still hoping Sota can get back to his old form and that they can rekindle their adventures together.
