Last I knew, you had to be a member of USFSA to get that mag.

Seriously? You need a membership to get the magazine? Why not make it commercially available so they can actually make more money and increase readership? It just doesn't make business sense to me.

Ic3Rabbit, I readily acknowledge your greater experience and insights, and I'm sure your information is more current. But I can't resist posting--because it seems some folks here are interested in that issue of Skating magazine-- to say that I do recall being able to buy Skating Magazine *and* being able to specify exactly which issues I wanted to buy without being a member of USFSA. I think they might have some in stock that aren't already earmarked for known USFSA members, so it doesn't hurt to give USFSA a call. They'll welcome the chance to sweet-talk you into becoming members

It’s not costly if skating is what you end up doing with your life. Nor for anyone that loves and participates in the sport for that reason.
