Noooo, music cuts are even worse than Alina's. I can't focus on her beautiful skating.

Nice. I like the music cuts to Romeo and Juliet. still her jumps don't have the power or pop of say Slutskaya, Rochette, Kim or Osmond.

Well that's ... something.
Sigh, they just had to use that music cut, out of the very best part of Gubanova's FS from 16-17 season and it doesn't compare favorably at all. They had all the material, they really had to include that section?
On the program, I didn't find the actual music cuts to be so problematic, actually it was a fine program to me. However, I found the first half to be quite a bit better than the second for some reason.

I.... love this program
True, I could do without the voiceovers and wish that she put in the 3A but man, I really like it. Much better than Alina's POTO, in my opinion.

I think that fall from 4Lz hurt a bit and she lost her concentration/afraid. Only at the end, she came back fully to her program...

Not to mention she has a completely different body type from all of those skaters.

It looks like she just doesn't get the toe-pick in at all on the first attempted combo. Then she sort of tries to add a toe jump on to her next jump but doesn't really commit to it and has to single the jump. Good thinking to try and add the 2Lo to the 3Lz3Lo though.

Might be a bad sign, if she falls on it enough to want to wear them to the test skates... or I'm reading too far into it :think:

Makes me feel relieved, Daniil isn't replaced by some imposter...
Although that was a lot of arabesque spirals. But I loved the rippons on the 3F and 3Lz. Much better than her tanos.

Daniil's musical choices this year make me think of how Coco Chanel once said that before you leave the house, you should look in the mirror and take one thing off. He is way too excited about aaaaaaallllllll the options.

Alyona as expected. Clean, smooth, the only thing I miss is 3A, during the first jump I really thought she will deliver one even I've read the content already. The jump was high and fast-rotated, she definitely has the potential to do it. I hope she will change it later. Bu as somebody have said before: her programs doesn't even need jumps be pleasure to watch them.
