This. I really can't understand the reasoning behind their mind. But maybe this the the price Yuzu has to pay to be the GOAT. He's being held at a different level.

Yes. Tara, Johnny, and Tanith are all using the past tense and referring to Yuzu’s final GOEs — their comments were not recorded watching the performance live, but after the event.

Oh gosh, I could only understand a little, but what a little sweetie. How sad he looked and sounded and how Yuzu has so many people who care about him all over the world and of such a huge variety of ages got me all teary-eyed.

He said that Yuzu "skated well" and I think something about his papa (I guess about how the program was a tribute to him).

Let's all :pray: he receives the :thumbsup: on Dec 3 from the doctor.
And that he is really feeling well at that time.
Honestly, the 3rd week of resting if we base on Nov. 18, is on Dec 2.
:ghug: at everyone, its going to be a grueling 3 weeks.

Efforts will lie but it will not be in vain for Yuzuru Hanyu.

And for some reason I glad its in Vancouver. Because just in case he goes (which we wish given he is healthy) He can have extra days rest since the travel time is not high.
 
I do like Mishin's comments - it seems praise is hardwon from him, and therefore genuine.

Mind you Rafael Arutyunyan's comments after the SP (which I didn't keep the link for, sorry) were also nice to read. He's a Hanyu fan anyway, and I've had a soft spot for him ever since, after Yuzu's injury last year, he smacked down someone who crassly asked how it would improve Nathan's chances in the Olympics...

It's new, there were a set of clear files with him in the costume and fans going into raptures over them (they were utterly gorgeous from the 3029759274 pictures of them on the web)
 
The outpouring of support for Yuzu is so nice to hear. From fellow athletes, coaches, musicians and of course fans around the world. :ghug: We can keep it up till he's better and we can see him skate again.

It's kinda surprising to know that most of commentators didn't know what happened to Yuzuru at his morning practice before the LP. But I don't find them very negative in Yuzu example the B.ESP they said that "maybe he's [yuzuru] under the weather but it understandable knowing how this guy is in-demand in Japan" I don't find it negative so I can't really understand why some find them negative. These commentators expect only the best from the best and we all are. Or maybe I am just not listening to their negativity and choose only the positive.
