No!! It’s not just you. On the browser, even on my phone, I’m now dropping “Mr Magoo could see them” sized emojis.
On the GS app they look small like they are supposed to look.

I have no idea.
Something changed with the way the GS browser Forum processes IPhone emojis.
For now I’ll stop using them, because they look scary.
According to this https://nevasport.ru/38086-zagitova-stala-sportsmenkoj-goda-po-versii-bolelshhikov/ Alina has become the athlete of the year by people vote.
minsport.gov.ru site only says that the voting is finished

I’m sure the news that she got it, and it was a fan vote, will warm up her heart regardless, going to GP Final is something she fought hard for so she should concentrate on performing there with two programs she can be happy with.
For the sake of lessening the strain on her I hope she can go to either Canada or the USA West Coast during the weekend to give her time to rest and start her prep for the GP Final.

True, it would have been nice for her to receive the prize in person. On the other hand, maybe it will give her even more confidence for the GPF, the timing is pretty good. 2 prizes, one week: best athlete of the year and GPF gold medal. Sounds good
