Ted during the Junior Ladies Free Skate just said that Alina injured herself just right before the Free Skate. She tripped on a cable :/

I'm even more proud of her now
Yaaas! That‘s a great crown!
Every podium skater should get a crown! Who‘s with me? We could suggest that to GP France, they always have a thing for “unusual“ medals.![]()
WHAT?? I didn‘t hear that?? Omg, poor girl. And she still WON silver. What an athlete!

She had to have the foot "frozen" before apparently
I'm in awe of how well Alina skated today despite it. Rest up darling!
I am so proud of Alina! We really have a great reason to celebrate!
Yes, she popped the first combo from her program BUT did not melt down, and completed clean her entire program. (Including her 3Lz+3Lo signature combo). This shows that she grew a lot mentally speaking, and is still evolving.
Also, she was smiling at the end, and showed so much sportsmanship, showing hearts for Rika and everything. She won today, a silver medal and she won it gracefully.
These are my thoughts after this amazing GPF. In the end I just want to confess that first I made the mistake to read the comments from the competition forum (where I wasn't active because it's very hard to reason with people when you are Alina's fan) and I am very disappointed by the amount of bad words people throw at this amazing girl. So much pressure on her, from media, fans, all FS world, I just wish it would not be so hard for her. She's such a graceful and gentle person, I am amazed that she performs so great, skating with such pressure on her shoulders.
Sorry but I had to let this out [emoji24][emoji24]
Congratulations Alina, it was an amazing competition for you, and I am sure it is just the beginning of a great season [emoji173]
I stay for one minute longer in competition thread than I should, and now I very angry ..
Anyway ,congrats to Alina with silver

Guys...Ted just said that Alina was injured. She tripped because of a wire or something and injured her foot, but still wanted to compete. I am crying right now. This girl is too good for this world [emoji24][emoji24][emoji24]
for Alina's speedy and full recovery.
