It's hard now, so many difficult circumstances, but these are shaping her into an amazing young lady.

I'm happy to see interaction between Alina and Zhenya. Seriously, the world of Russian figure skating is so cut throat and the amount of pressure placed on these girls is immense. Support who you support, but there's no need to pit them against one another. They compete on ice, but they're not enemies. People forget that times and create so much necessary drama.

I am taking some time today to give thanks that the head of the Russian coaches council is a sensible person and supports all her athletes.
I remember being very impressed by her September interview when no matter how much the reporter pushed, she refused to blame Misha Kolyada for the Olympic team silver.

Random question for our Russian speakers: I see our three winners appeared on a late night chat show in Russia. I remember this chat show from when Evgenia appeared earlier this year; it seems like a very popular one.

No, Alina has never participated in the any talk show on Russian TV, only few short interviews

No, she didn't. She was sick after the OG during the show with Zhenya and Bobrova. It's kind of speculation but she probably would have declined anyway, she is not much for public attention. She tolerates it but not seeks it.

Thanks for the answers! I suspected she hadn't, but I wanted to be sure I didn't miss something.
I know Alina is much more introverted than the others and that the few talk shows (i.e., Japanese ones) she's done, they tend not to have big, live, in-studio audiences. I wouldn't be surprised if that's the reason she has done those rather than more 'traditional' shows.
