2007 Worlds on Youtube

If it is farewell, then I will be happy for them because they have accomplished more in their career than most. They were above all else pioneers, along with their coach Bin Yao, for Chinese figure skating and figure skating in general. Through all the tears of disappointment, years of frustration, cries of joy and pain, they left an ever lasting impression in figure skating and more importantly in hearts of many people. I know that figure skating is better for having had them in the sport. In my belief, they are one of the greatest pairs team in history because of who they are, what they did, and how they did it. I truely admire them for everything they have done in their careers and all the struggles they have gone through.
Well said. :love: :clap::clap::clap:

Thanks for all the clips. Can someone please post a link to eurosport's Shen&Zhao's SP as well? Thanks in advance.

Thanks to everyone for the clips. S/Z programs are fabulous. They are truly one of the greatest pairs team ever. I will miss them.

anyone have the zhangs free program? or the ukranians? or even inoue/baldwin?
cbc didnt show much:(

Here's another Shen and Zhao LP:

I still haven't seen the Ukranians...

I haven't decided whether to upload Ukranians' free. I have a version which is not of high quality. I'm waiting for the high-definition version. The female partner is really exquisite. Too bad, I believe Morokov(??), the male partner is the one who's not very strong.

I don't think any pair has done three sbs triples before. Those throws, twists, wow, let alone her flexibility, smooth stroking and lyrical style. If they can get repackaged, ...wow...

I can't wait to see it - But I'll wait for higher definition;)

Just found these videos:

Tatiana Volosozhar / Stanislav Morozov's LP
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jVCCw3_-ZnI
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WoqcV-Gq51c&mode=related&search=

They deserved the fourth place. Volosozhar is extremely talented, too bad her partner is not as solid as her. Look at those throws, twists, sbs jumps, she is as solid as a rock. If she can find another partner  Ukarine rocks! So many talented female pair skaters. I'm glad they will skate in gala though!

Yuko Kawaguchi/Alexander Smirnov

The first time I saw them at CoR, I was impressed, but I'm not sure anymore. K&S do not have the 'pairness' feeling. Lots of their elements are very shaky. I don't understand how their PCS was higher than I&B, D&D and M&B?? They really did not deserve to skate in the final group. It's a joke.

Thanks for starting this thread, iloveaxel! Since I don't have access (or the time to watch!) to the complete, live CBC Country coverage here in Canada, I've had to be satisfied with watching the highlights show on the main CBC network. While the main CBC highlights broadcast has been fairly good so far, I'm still disappointed and surprised at many of the programs they've chacked (Evan's LP, Stéphane's SP, both of Johnny's programs, Emily and Alissa's SPs, etc.) Now I know where to go to check out the missing gaps! Gotta love modern technology!

I am so disappointed that they didn't show even a glimpse of Weaver and Poje! Our own Canadians! I don't understand it at all!

Wow, ITA. The Ukriane team V/M are great, especially the girl!!! I predict that they will surpass S/S next season and give the chinese teams a hard run. They get the whole package. Would like to see the M work harder on his part.

I don't think K/S will be anywhere near the top at least no sign of it yet. But we never know. They are for Russia and they have the federation behind them.

I absolutely agree that Shen & Zhao's short program is absolutely beautiful. I really hope they come back for another olympics, they really didn't get a chance at Torino. Here's hoping Vancover will be magical for them.

By 2010, Shen will be 31 and Zhao will be 36. I hope they don't come back at that time and prove to everybody and themselves that they are too old to do the magic again. Better leave the beautiful memory for all of us. Wish them all the best!
