Miki was placed above Meissner and kostner, so I'm not sure what your talking about.QUOTE]
If Ando's score was higher than 70, it's very difficult for K & M to catch up.
Sometimes 2 points can be crucial in ladies events.
bluelutz, I'm not a racist.
I just hate skaters like Buttle, Kim, and Patrick Chan. Weakness in jumps should not be muzzle by some funny choreographies and politics.
Kim, weakness in jumps? The best 3+3 among all ladies can not be called weakness in jumps, i believe. Mao is better than her with a 3A. Miki's quad is pretty much like Buttle's quad. Korea, political advantage in figure skating? You are either lying or living in a la la land.

Previously a Korean named Chihee RHEE was listed.
I can imagine what happened after that outrageous score for that skater.
Yu-Na Kim 's Jumps are not weak. They are actually better than some of the men 's with less power exerted. Embrace the hatred to yourself.

You must be under the impression that ALL the judges are supposed to work together as a team to bump particular skaters up and down the leaderboard so that "fans" like yourself will NOT blame politics on the final standings....
You are about 5 years late, my friend.
The scores from last night were fair and square, and whoever tallys the most points will win this thing, whether it be "that skater" or one of your favorites.

I add kwan and cohen too.
I feel so sorry for Rochette. That is all.
Kim was excellent, Ando was powerful, Kostner looked wonderful if still a bit like she's growing into her limbs (but much improved). I think Meissner gets a bad rap. I found her excellent here, with a very great improvement in artistry.
Asada looked shell-shocked by her mistake.
Do u think Rochette should find a new coach after this season? Her coach seems to be a super nice lady, but I'm not sure about her competence. To watch her PCS slipping to 5s is maddening. It's Mira territory.
To constantly consult with a sports psychologist is not the real solution.
Kim's weak jumps are loop and salchow. Since her skinny body doesn't have enough musles to make fast rotations, she needs fast entering speed and height than other top skaters. This is mainly disadvantageous for edge jumps.
And the same weakness leads to increase of mistakes in latter half of FP, when she lose skating speed from lack of stamina.
You need strong mustle power and fast rotations for 3A, quads, 3-3 with loops, which are undoubtly impossible for Kim.

Not ALL skaters can land every single jump with ease. Slutskaya was the best at edge jumps, while Kwan, Suguri, Yamaguchi, Caro, and Arakawa were certainly better at toe jumps.
Speaking of, when was the last time Mao performed a triple toe in a program? Either as a solo or as the tail end of a combo?
Hmm...Let's see...That's a rather impressive list there. Three Olympic medalists, a multi time World Champion, Two World Medalists, the current World Jr silver medalist in Men's skating.and the reigning GPF Champion.
Hate is such a powerful word and over something that in the grand scheme of things is just a sport. You are welcome to your opinion of course, but having read your posts over the years, there's so much anger in them and for what? This is just a sport after all. It's not something really important like having to care for someone you love who has an incurable condition or battling w/health problems every single day.
And w/that, I have to go and take a nap to prepare for the LP Coverage.
