I am a crazy Jason fan, but I think that this was one of the great programs of all time and his performance of it in France and Saitama was just brilliant!
 
I just saw a pic of Jason at Stars on Ice tonight and he's wearing his Love is a B**** costume. :)

Whatever Jason does next year, one would think a new (Rohene) exhibition would be in the offing..... :think:

Did Jeff Buttle choreograph the group number? If so I’d like to see him do a program for Jason.

Also, TSL tweeted that Lee Barkell is leaving TCC so since he worked with Jason on jumps I’m wondering whether Karen will take over that role in full, Brian will be more involved, or Ghislain will start working with him.

I saw that TSL rumor also. Not sure how much Jason was working with Lee anymore. Lee has been coaching Stephen, Gabby and the Orzels. Jason seems to work mostly with Tracy, Karen and Brian now. Ghislain has stated more than once that if you don't get the quad by 18, you won't get it. so not sure he would be interested in working with Jason on that. We'll see!

I like that group number! Jason should wear '90s jeans more often. ;)

You can see the very beginning of Jason's solo number in the Story at this IG. It's the second video after the one of Bradie. He sort of falls out of the first jump. Oops. :) I imagine he hasn't been doing this program much since Worlds. https://www.instagram.com/stories/_aikomarie/?hl=en

Could be! His skating otherwise looks really nice and confident, but in the practice clip, the 3Z3T seems to be missing its usual light and effortless quality.

ETA he does look good in those jeans!

Those are really nice - I have to laugh that now sometimes I see pictures of him with the ponytail and my instantaneous response is, cut your hair! :)

It’s interesting that he looks so calm and relaxed there. I hope that the next time he’s unexpectedly in medal position at a big competition, that calm will stay with him longer and he’ll be able to handle his FS better.

But IG has snippet of Waving Through the Window, fancam version, with Jason tagged. I wonder if given a choice, he’s maxed out on Timberlake. :laugh:Or maybe he left the costume in Korea;)
 
He did Can’t Stop the Feeling on SOI last year, so it makes sense he brought back DEH since he hasn’t done that one on SOI preciously. I love the DEH program but I’m eager for a new Jason ex! Maybe my Sun Valley?
 
I love the comments the other SOI cast members posted on Jason's latest instagram post. And Ashley also posted something in a Story about how they love him.

I seem to recall that Jason's 2016 appearance at Sun Valley was the debut of Writing's on the Wall as an exhibition number. It went on to become his SP for that season after his original SP (Appassionata) was nixed at Champs Camp. Here's hoping Jason unleashes new exhibition programs at Sun Valley this year.

ISU have updated the WS standings for the upcoming season and Jason is fifth at 2913.
