Oh I envy you! Even in the clips, the passion, strength and drama... I can see why the audience erupted And I loved the music, think I'm gonna have to search out more...

In large photos, you can see there are sparkles but they are black and red again, dramatic but fiercely mature. I adore the costume, if this and Origin is where the man is headed, female fans won't survive

(Though of course FoI made sure we remembered the Dork Side of the Overlord with the group costumes, but I defy anyone on earth to look good in that closing number piece! Yuzu looked better than most, thank god he had black)

OMG I just saw the glove throwing and is hyperventilating in a cafe ...:eeking: Trust me on this one it's not for the faint of heart!

Come to think of it, red/black IS the original colour scheme for POTO, and for obvious reasons we only saw it once. I'm super happy he got back to it years later! I agree he looks mature and strong!

I read in some reports Yuzuru bowed to Anna after finishing the performance (maybe he though he overdone it to her?), he doesn't forget being polite in every occasion

I view the glove throwing as Yuzuru throwing down the gauntlet for the coming season. Looking back, his disappointments at past Worlds (2013, 2015, 2016) had led into greater comebacks. Knowing his fighting spirit and natural optimism and resilience, I have trust and confidence that this will be the case still.

Red so suits Yuzuru that I wonder why he doesn't use it more in his competition costumes. Him in red, in addition to his dark hair and fair skin, reminds me of this description of Snow White: "Lips red as the rose. Hair black as ebony. Skin as white as snow," making her the fairest in the land. And may I add beautiful both outside and inside.

OMG! I am so thrilled to see POTO again. I was not really over it since 2015. Sure Seimei is great but I am wanting (always) to see him do a clean POTO. I hope everything will work this time. Plus the costume is just amazing.

I am hoping that last night's performance will be shown at some stage, the audience's reaction - it was like that first COiNTU when he appeared in the old costume and they realised for the first time that he was going to skate. Epic.

I am not usually this excited/eager to see an ice show but I am now —very much indeed. I want to see his POTO. I think I am one of the few that really wants to see a POTO comeback.

For one thing, red is reminder of blood. The 2014 COC incident.
Another is it seems Yuzuru considers which colour brings him luck. Johnny Weir did mention it when he designed Yuzuru's costumes.
Blue is a lucky colour for Yuzuru I think. Purple supposed to be kingly, royal.
Gold of course is his fav colour.

I tried a translation of the lyrics but I don't know how the song has been arranged in FaOI yet since I haven't watched the whole program. But after reading original lyrics, I feel like I understand why Yuzuru decided to do this song and why he looked like being committed to it.
