This video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KOGPcnT1zLw, it just popped up tomorrow but is from January 23, so I messed up
Don‘t worry! I was just scared for a moment because I got up early to see the practice and was afraid I‘d missed it.
Great! If you have the time, Fluture, you know we would love to hear how the training goes.
Training‘s finished and I took a bunch of videos. My video quality is truly miserable but I might make an instagram account to post them.
In general, my impressions from the training:
Sasha had an okay runthrough, she landed one of the quads, I think. (Or two, I’m really sorry but I don’t remember exactly, there were so many quad attempts from her

)She‘s indeed doing 3 quads, two 4T and one 4Lz. Her other triples looked perfect. Her tenacity is truly admirable, though. She was on the ice and kept trying her jumps until the last second. After her runthrough she tried a bunch of 4Lz but none worked out, falls or doubles only. But in the last few seconds, when the lady already announced the end of the training, she did a beautiful 4Lz. This girl is INCREDIBLE. Sorry but I‘m in awe. I like her program much more also without the 2 additional quads, there were some nice moments. I again had a problem with her step sequence though. Her ice coverage is just not good. I sat in the middle (premium seats

) for the practice and her step sequence was only in front of my face and the left side of the rink, the other again completely ignored. I will have to wait and see how it looks in the FS today. Other than that she did a few quads at the beginning of the program and they all looked good to me, save for a few troubles here and there.
The Dance Freedance is about to start so I don‘t have much time. I‘ll make it short for Anna and Aliona. Anna landed two quads in the runthrough and did a bunch if other solid triples. She drilled the 3Lz+3Lo and they looked beautiful in the beginning but became more eeked out towards the end, I guess she was just tired. Aliona had a solid runthrough, landed the axels. Her jumps all look a little rougher than I remember them, so I guess she‘s still growing. Other than that, she didn‘t jump too much. I only saw one 3A attempt outside of the runthrough but it was beautifully landed. Didn‘t manage to catch it on video tho because I was filming a jump from Sasha. That‘s all for the moment because as I said, ice Dance‘s starting.
But it was truly incredible to see these girls in practice, I liked it almost as much as the competition itself.
