Plyushchenko: I assure you, Trusova will be a completely new Trusova

Did he translated Brain Orser? I hope he is right though. I believe Rozanov can do a good job. Otherwise we will suffer another two changes of rules. Maybe Medvedeva moves to Plushenko too, since Rozanov is there now.

Expert: a Junior Grand Prix in figure skating is still possible if they start training in June

MOSCOW, May 12 - RIA Novosti, Anatoly Samokhvalov. Holding a Junior Grand Prix will become a reality if skaters are allowed to train at least in June, said Merited Coach of Russia Inna Goncharenko.
The Junior Grand Prix series starts annually in August and ends with the Final in early December. For the 2020/21 season, the start of the Junior Grand Prix is scheduled to start August 26-29 in the Canadian city of Richmond, but the International Skating Union has not yet decided to conduct the series due to the spread of the coronavirus.

" If permission is given to train in June at least, they can possibly postpone the start of the tournament and it will still take place. The problem is that many skaters are in very unequal conditions. For the majority will be completely unprepared, at the first August phase, if it happens,. This is a real problem, " Goncharenko said over the phone.

Starting March 21, the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation recommended postponing or canceling all sporting events in the country until further notice, and on March 29, the work of training sports centers was suspended.

Sort of wishful thinking on Inna's part, since I believe the measures have been extended till May 31 in Moscow. And who knows what happens next, Putin's address to the nation yesterday was already about opening the economy again, while the spread of the virus and its toll on the people and load on the health care system are still not under control.

I thought that for days...I believe Med couldn't earn enough money to live and train in Canada because all shows were deleted. So who knows?

Considering that Zhenya donated all of her earnings she made with her onlineshop to Russia to help with COVID, I doubt she has money issues. Also I doubt that Zhenya will switch to Plushy.

Why not it's not bad move. Rozanov can help with 4S. If Trusova/Rozanov works by RN even if this transfer doesn't happen now, I definitely see it by December.
Why should she switch to Rozanov, who teaches the same technique that damaged her back and which did not work for her mature body anymore? Zhenya just learned a new technique to help her jump from her legs to lessen her back pain and which works better with her now mature body, why go back and relearn a technique that does not work for her anymore?
TCC has their own Quad/jump expert who is sought after across the World. Many skaters travel to TCC to work with Goeff as he helps skaters to learn Quads, Matteo visited them last summer and left with a 4Lo. He also works with Yuzuru on his Quads, he was working with Zhenya on her 4S from the clip we saw from last summer where they did first 4S attempts on the harness. Katya is also working on Quads.
Zhenya said she wants to retire with her current coaching team, she seems satisfied with what she is getting there.

And why Rozanov cannot work with mature bodies? He will work with Trusova as her body will mature the next two seasons. There is also Plushenko who knows about quads.

It should be added that Rozanov came to Khrustalnyi after Zhenya left.

It should be also added that Lilbet's troubles with her back originated from times when she was at TCC.

Isn't Medvyedeva contracted by an agent/agency competing with Zakaryan's? Does she even want to belong to the Plyushchenko/Rudkovskaya/Zakaryan ice show empire, with all of its benefits, no doubt, but also with its own issues?

Out of curiosity, are you then saying her coaches made her train and compete with a quad s while she was nursing a bad back? Edit: Wasn't she also training a 3A? No intention of inciting anything - just really curious.

According to Lilbet (and now I'm really sorry I don't remember where she said it, probably in one of her posts abotu her treatment in Germany) the injury is chronic - means that she has the problems for some time. Having chronic troubles doesn't mean you have problems requiring permanent "nursing", it requires regular examination. Again, it should be reminded that such injuries are not rare in any sport and the athletes continue their careers.

So, really please not incite anything, it was Lilbet herself, who pretty passionately defended her coaches from blaming about "ruining her career" and other love ltetters.

I think flanker's just stating some facts, and he's not saying anything more, nor less.

Thank you. In my opinion, it still does not make sense (to have chronic back injury (as you noted) and train a quad and 3A). But that does not matter if Lilibet herself is satisfied with her coaches and how her career has turned out.

I continue to train in the group of Eteri Georgievna. Thanks to my coaches for their work.

The injury reappeared in summer, so after she landed her quad at worlds and learned 3A.
In her interview (I think it was on IG) she said she felt a lot better by Shanghai trophy, and that why she decided to compete. After Shanghai it got worse.

Needless to say, first thing Eteri told her to do after she joined, is to fully heal after an olympic season filled with injuries.

So tsl isn’t a trustworthy source? Who knew!...

I hope this isn’t some fake account. So may fake accounts of team Tutberidze students appear now all at once for some reason.
