i love a unitard as the next girl but it has literally nothing to do with the program. Noemie had a rough outing for her first senior competition, i remember on JGP she had a lot of potential. i hope she does better in the free. (also i could kill for her curls )

Safe choices galore so far today Liebestraum, Cinema Paradiso... Anyhow, I can already hear Ted's voice in my head praising Noemie for fighting for every point. That was a very nice skate.

Noemie looks beautiful. She has such high jumps. Some struggles today.. maybe a back injury?

For the past week, I had been wondering who that pretty girl in @Harriet 's avatar was. Today, I found out.

I can't get over how much Noemie has changed since I last saw her. Where has that little girl gone?!

Ouch. Into last position by a good distance. At the start of this competition, I was expecting her to be leading going into Group 2.

Not a good day for Noemie. But, a good day for both of her team-mates. Her fellow Switzerland skater la Porta is leading, while her fellow Oberstdorf Club skater Sørensen is in 2nd. And they are separated by just 0.02!

It wasn't her first senior competition by a long shot, or even her first Challenger; that was two years ago, and even rougher because she was recovering from a concussion. She had tape on her neck, so I think she was injured.

It's lovely choreography, but I'm tired of her having to reuse old costumes for new programs. That was her Take Five catsuit from several years ago.
