I have watched both of his skates so many times and still feel speechless about it. Clean on the first go, he is incredible and keeps surprising us again and again

Maybe a bit early early to say this, but these may be my favourite two programmes from Yuzuru ever! There was a sincerity and naturalness in his performance that I haven't really seen since maybe 2015 (of course injuries took a toll afterward). Meaning no offence - he can pull off a variety of styles well, but with the Rocker and the Daimyo it's like he doesn't have to act. Like Uliana Lopatkina dancing Odette, Christopher Lee playing Dracula - no question they're versatile, there's just a special synergy with certain actor-role combinations.

Stay healthy and do your best Yuzu! Hope we see these programmes in Beijing

Same, before I turned off TV, I checked Fuji TV one last time and I saw Yuzuru and was like "What are you doing at 1 am, you should be sleeping! ". But oh well, he looked fine and today he won't be skating at least...(there is official announcement of team Japan for WC though)

About invalid spin in SP, he said that he had not asked the judges what went wrong yet, but would analyze it with his coaches, and that he should have done it more carefully after all.

For his his H&E costume, not only is the colour and the birds symbolic, but someone has noted that the upside-down cherry blossom is also from a story about Uesugi Kenshin. Yuzuru and Satomi are both absolute marvels...

I read that David Wilson said something indicating there was a new one Though possibly Yuzu decided against it in order to concentrate on the competition programs.
