List of participants will probably appear here:

12-15 January there will be also Moscow Cup:
So here are the participants (in cyrillic):

So Kogan is the source here. The date of the cup final will also change

They’re probably thinking of postponing it to March, in case worlds get cancelled, so that Russian skaters will have their own domestic worlds competition.

They also said it can't be done because of the CAS verdict
Is aint track-and-field it's figure skating. FS is the cleanest possible sport that Russia has. I bet it's even cleaner than Chess! ;)

If they can't have it in Russia then by all means have it in Minsk or Tallin or Kievan Rus (Kiev). But for God sake somebody come up with a plan B because the Olympics are a mere 13 months away.

They're changing the date of the cup final but they couldn't do that for nationals to get Anya alyona Liza and others 100% healthy?

So where was Alena Kostornaia at Russian Nationals? I haven't paid much attention to skating to be honest with the season basically cancelled because of the virus. It's just hard to get into a sport where no one can travel and compete outside of their own country against other top skaters.

Withdrew due to recovering from covid.

My understanding is that the ban is across all sports because the issue was with Russian sports governing body over doping.

Damn they can't get their act straight. For Russian figure skaters to get smeared by the doping in the other Russian sports is tragic.

As much as we all love the Russian figure skaters, and I'm sure there are athletes innocently getting punished for someone else's misdeeds (I hope all of them are innocent of doping), but let's not pretend like Russian figure skating has been squeaky clean and without situations popping up since Sochi (which is the source of the current ban and the ban from the 2018 Olympics based on my understanding).

The ban lasts till December 2022, so if the Beijing Olympics get pushed back at all due to the "pandemic" theoretically Russia might be able to compete under their flag, unless anything new comes up in that time or if WADA attempts to get it extended to cover Beijing if the Olympics get moved.

Belarus is not very probable thanks to political aspects (for instance there is a consideration to move world ice hockey championship from Belarussia elsewhere) and Ukraine would hardly be interested. Though Russia still can hold interational junior championships (that is not included in the ban) and according to the latest news there is a consideration to arrange something instead the cancelled junior worlds in Russia.

Just throwing this out there -My understanding is that the ban prevents Russia from bidding for a championship, but does that necessarily mean the governing body of a sport couldn't choose to hold an event in Russia, especially given the "unprecedented times"?

I don't want any Olympics delayed anymore and I think if they delay or postpone the Summer Olympics again that's gone for this cycle.

Listen nothing is completely squeaky clean but with the Russian skaters they're doing things the right way until proven otherwise. I don't think all the little Sofia's an adult nastyas and all the other boys and girls are doing PEDS. It's Russian swimming and track and field and outdoor winter sports where the problem was.

if they should be able to hold the junior figure skating competitions in Russia with an international stamp of approval they should be able to do the same with the seniors and ' the seniors have had no PED issues.

But by all means bring the junior competitions to Russia if they can.

I think the reason why one can assume Russian Skaters are not widely doping is because figure skating isn't exactly a sport where EPO and the likes would make that much of a difference compared to the risk of getting caught.
Sure you also need stamina to get through the program, but technique to develop and land jumps, performing under pressure, PCS, interpretation, that can't be "doped".
If it could I'm convinced the same percentage of girls would be fed doping drugs as they are being fed in track&field, swimming, cycling etc
