It is difficult to deny a parent something they desire for their children. In most countries, they have the final say over what happens to their children. I do agree that ideally, she should not be their primary coach. She could continue to be their technical coach (obviously she teaches great technique), but often we are too harsh on those we love because we care too much about their future and success and some coaches just don't know how to deal with their students as humans. ) maybe he could take a more active role and be the coach that goes with them to competitions. Perhaps, their mother would allow it as long as he doesn't change their technique. (which frankly doesn't need to be changed)
