The second part says agree to disagree. ;)
They're not named entities in the contract. And obviously it has been solved to the extent that Aliona is allowed to train there. So, I question how you're getting the idea that it is an undue distraction from this point forward? It's clearly not going to court and if it were Sambo committed no crime.

I am divided on the subject. On one hand, Aliona and/or her mom broke the contract. Bad. On the other - what Plush's wife said was not generous, to put it politely. Would you expect an adult, who is licensed to train and take care of underaged athletes to say something like: "We loved to have Aliona with us. She decided to move on and we respect her decision"? Instead, it was like: "It was hard to take care of an athlete with health problems". And she kept repeating, no... emphasizing Aliona's mysterious "health problems", as if to bait a listener into believing that Aliona is either totally broken or crazy 🤨
I don't think questions of Aliona's mental health were ever a concern. Also it's not a secret that Aliona is injured and she's been struggling with injuries for at least two years. That's also not a secret. Also it IS common practice to not release details of injury to the general public (and competitors). For instance, the specifics of Sasha's injury is also unknown.

I get it. But don't you think that it is cruel to have kept stressing Aliona's health problems, whether they truly exist or not? I realize that Russia might not have Health Privacy Rules protection laws. Nevertheless, it was not up to the bookkeeper of AoP to speak so freely of Aliona's health 🤨
Does it make sense?
I think it's because of privacy laws that they're not saying more. (As well as a kind of client privilege.) It's no secret she's injured as well as recovering from illnesses. Eteri's camp alluded to the same thing. They didn't speak freely of Aliona's health problems.

Agree to disagree is normally a hint... you really don't want to end this conversation!

Ok. If you read the conversation I was having, the person said "It will be court." and that was what I was responding to. My point exactly is that I don't think it will go to court and I think it's all been resolved, which I've said before. I think Aliona being accepted back to Sambo-70 is proof of that because it's not possible to me that Eteri would accept her if she had a legal cloud over her. No they aren't named entities, and I have never once said they would be liable.

Why enter into conversation if you don't wish to actually have a discussion? Which you did to both entities.

How else do you interpret:
"Her mother's debts aren't their problems"
"It's an unnecessary distraction in my opinion.."

However, yeah, I agree completely with that.

This is crazy. I said agree to disagree to that person, and I've actively tried not to engage in conversation with you about this. You're literally trying to make me continue the discussion. My last comment on this, and then you can keep talking to yourself if you want:

I've never said Sambo would face legal issues, but under the backdrop that Eteri already has Valieva/Shcherbakova/Usacheva/Khromykh and doesn't need to coach her, it's an unnecessary pointless distraction. Firstly, if Aliona had a court case hanging over her family during Olympic season, would Eteri even be able to train her properly? She's already not in the best shape and has a lot of work to do, these worries could cause any number of emotional, mental or behavioural problems somewhere down the line before the Olympics. Secondly, the risk of the negative energy she could bring to others around her if she was in emotional distress or even went as far as had outbursts/was crying a lot. It's easy to say everyone else will be unaffected until it starts to happen. There would be no sensible reason to take the risk.

Therefore, I believe the financial issues are already resolved.

At first, I thought the contract with Plushi and Alena was still valid then we all see Alena is training with Eteri. So I also believe they found a deal, if it’s not the case I don´t think Yana will let it slide.

Yes, it seems to be political. It was OK to bash Eteri, but not a "spouse". Strange. I am out of here. Nice knowing you all.
On the moment I thought like you because she's from her own declarations so involved in the question of Alena Kostornaia's release from her now former coaching team; but maybe, what was wrong here was to speak of her matrimonial status?

Maybe that's why Aliona was taken on probation and not fully. To see how it'll continue.
Or Aliona might paid already with all money she earned
