Betina Popova works with P/K (and I thought at one point she's Denis's girlfriend, but I'm not sure whether that was verified).

Betina, with former partner Sergei Mozgov, will be fondly remembered for the Cabaret RD they did during their last competitive season:

Ugh, Queen programs! I’m trying to think of one I’ve liked, and am coming up empty.
I can think of many I haven’t liked, though :)
I can't let this go without saying how much I LOVE :love2: Queen programs. Especially Bohemian Rhapsody. I never get tired of it! :party2:

It’s OK, Skylark. As my mother used to say, That’s why they make chocolate and vanilla :)

That said, I will agree with iluvtodd that when Shen & Zhao took the ice for the SP at the 2010 Olympics, after having been injured, semi-retired, etc, for years, and accordingly were starting in the first flight, in their last-ditch campaign for the elusive gold medal—well, in those circumstances, their use of Who Wants to Live Forever for their program music was appropriate, and touching. So there!

Not just okay, but splendid! ... I just had to stand up for Queen and Bohemian Rhapsody. Make a statement, you know.

Here's another statement, or a plea:

Please somebody rescue this thread! Okay, I'll do it myself.

Artem Kozalev

If you mean Artem Kovalev - I've mentioned him already a few posts up ;)

On the Queen subject: I've loved that band since Bohemian Rhapsody came out and I think I've got the vast majority of their albums at my mum's place. Most songs are on my playlist. But I don't like it being used in FS, because medleys drive me crazy (you just start singing along a song that means a lot to you, then it stops), and I don't like most music cuts.
Tema's programme and Sergey Voronov's Somebody to Love were my favs.
