Natalia's free leg in the one foot steps was... not good

She doesn't have good stretch through the knees. It kinda bugs me. I am interested in hearing your opinions about this team.

The FS works better for K/S than their RD. The music is not my cup of tea, but they're into it, and thought a lot about details

That free dance from the Poles was so long, I could have read at least one chapter of Ulysses, which would have made far more sense than the free dance did.

Kaliszek/Spodyriev seemed messy today, like they weren't hitting anything quite right. I also don't get the costumes again.

I used to like the Poles a lot more than I do now so I'm always hoping they'll bust out some new material that'll make me excited about them again. Not today, I guess.

I don't think skating to spoken word is very similar to a couple short voiceovers in a program. People had been doing voiceovers like that lots before.

I know this is unpopular, but I like K/S. They just have a vibe I like

That was technically overscored, judging by the box on the screen, at least, IMO. That stationary lift should have gotten negative GOE. And they just looked slightly off their music and out of synch with each other through much of the program. It was very obvious. A lot of the lifts and moves etc. also needed more stretch and better positions of free legs.

Are K/K eligible to compete for Japan at the Olympics?

H'm. I'm sorry, I didn't much enjoy the Polish team. Perhaps they are doing well (I cannot really relate to the judging of Dance elements), but I would have both the Canadians and the Japanese higher.
