The team will be Kamila, Sasha and Anna. I will put my paycheck on it.
Unless one of them completely bombs at Europeans I can hardly imagine a different team.Yep. I don't know what Liza's fans expected here.

The changing of the guard was the passing of the torch from Anna to Kamila. Is what changing of the guard?
And let's hold the talk on the goat talk. That won't do anyone any good especially KV. Her head may explode.Let's wait until after the Olympics I mean a lot can still happen and we live in a crazy world with this virus taking a toll on athletes all over the world in all sports.
I hope they all stay healthy and let the chips fall where they may.
I concur. I want Maiia to continue. There is something there and I have a feeling that one day she will put it all together and take the next step.Congrats to the medalists, the trio is exactly as I expected, though the order at 2nd and 3rd place is slightly different. Instead of thinking about what should have been different now is the time to prepare for the Olympics without the doubts about who will be sent.
And congrats to Adeliya the little firecracker! Two clean quad loops for the first time in ladies! Yeah.
I'm sad for Maiia a little, but I hope she won't give up. She is still 5th senior and I can imagine a scenario where one, two or maybe all three olympians won't go to the worlds. And this surely is not her last season, just first senior and considering what underdog she was two years ago she is fighting with the best as their equal.
Please don't Jinx KV with his goat stuff. The changing of the guard was the passing of the torch from Anna to Kamila.
And its certainly not premature. Kamila will face a much easier field at tbe Olympics. You thrashed the toughest field ever seen with your best skate. GOAT credentials any way you slice it.
This was the Olympics times 5.
Her killing the skaters from the Nordic countries won’t be that impressive, that won’t alter her goat status.

Maya is only 15 and considerably taller than everyone else in this competition. She will need more time to develop and fill out her frame and long limbs.Congrats to the medalists, the trio is exactly as I expected, though the order at 2nd and 3rd place is slightly different. The feeling some of us are experiencing right now. What's this bathtubing rabbit supposed to mean?

I don‘t think 4 little letters can jinx anyone. Please don't Jinx KV with his goat stuff.
That said she is phenomenal.
Seriously Europeans are like little snack. And I remember one skater (was it even Kamila herself?) who said that competitions are actually the only moments of relax between trainingsWould you send Kamila to Euros?
Obviously they will and she will want to go and collect that gold but if it was up to you.
I'm kinda torn between the fact that she looks as muscular, fit and healthy as you can and that her confidence is growing with every outing Vs. the fear of having her get injured, burn out, become complacent or build up too much pressure to repeat "perfect" time after time before the actual Olympic competition, Lipnitskaya style.
Europeans is in a close by country Estonia yeah so I think that's to the advantage of kV and all the skaters.Would you send Kamila to Euros?

I will say KV has changed a lot in the last year physically and as a skater she's even better.I don‘t think 4 little letters can jinx anyone.
The snake venom that she drinks makes her jinx proof.
If that's the case it will be a first for RusFed.I thought I read somewhere they won't send the Olympic team to euros? Maybe that was just speculation
Drafting Kamila with number 1, this competition lasted exacly 2 minutes and 40 seconds. The feeling some of us are experiencing right now.
Though I have to say, despite this being an olympic season, last year it was like 100x more emotional for me somehow. Maybe because it was the true highlight of the season while this time it is more like an episode in the struggle for the olympics.
