Harsh but true.. where was Liza when Russia was sending to championships skaters like Sotskova or Konstantinova?
I'd love to see Alenka getting some spot but not very probable I'm afraid...

2018 was the chance for Liza that was a very weak third spot. Also 2014 with Adelina Yulia and Liza it's hard to believe they did not have three spots at the Russian Olympics.Harsh but true.. where was Liza when Russia was sending to championships skaters like Sotskova or Konstantinova?

Not very probable for AK to make it to the world's team this year but I keep hearing people say after the Olympics girls are going to give up their spots and if that happens somebody and it would probably be Anna would give up her spot to Aliona the only problem is Anna is the defending world champion. You cannot ask KV to give up her spot after all she's done this season. Sasha won't want to give up her spot so the best chance is Anna and that is probably a very small chance of happening and like she is injured.

the word "сложная" can be translated as "difficult" (most often), "hard" (for example "сложная работа" - hard work) or "complex", but not as "amazing". "Сложная девочка" (difficult girl) - this is a girl with whom it can be difficult to communicate (for various reasons, maybe too proud, maybe just capricious), from whom it is not easy to achieve something, or this girl is difficult to understand. This is not a positive or negative characteristic in itself. And yes, that means a girl like that is difficult to rule and control. In fact, Eteri is a much more "difficult girl" than Kostornaya.

My "Amazing" was not a translation
I was just saying that (to me) a cool, curious, hungry for any new experience and full of life teenager is amazing not difficult so I was wondering why eteri would associate the term "difficult" to those traits.
As for Eteri I think she would fall more close to "impossible" then to "difficult" but it's part of the deal if you work with her and there are good reason to do it

Just watched Kamila's gala program, and I somehow found her makeup a little too familiar! Could Aliona's Lovely makeup be the inspiration for this?
Probably.
I totally adored that improvised butt slide on the ice btw.
Quick thinking and joking attitude, great for connecting with the audience.
Maybe that banking robbery business she proposed to Aliona can really work.

She might as well have been inspired by Aliona (and if that's so, I don't see anything wrong about it, on the contrary!), but if you look at the picture of Neytiri, you'll get the idea of that particular make-up Kami used to portray a Na'vi woman from Avatar.
So I was bored today and wondered if it would be possible to increase Aliona's FP base value whilst conserving her energy, ie. having as few ultra-c jumps as possible. I also made it a requirement to have the 3F+3T, as it's her favourite combo.
Of course, she'll need the 4S in order for this to work so please don't take it too seriously.
Basically, it is possible to do only one 3A and not have to learn a loop combo! (She seems pretty comfortable with 3T combos)

If Russian pride dictates that 2A+3T is not good enough then she can tack the 3T on a Lo or Lz instead (it doesn't change the base value though unless the second 3T combo is in the second half but that's too risky imo). This layout is about 5 points more than her two 3A one.
Edit: Also, TIL that the difference in BV from 2T to 3T is bigger than 2A to 3Lz.
Of course, she'll need the 4S in order for this to work so please don't take it too seriously.

Since 3A is not a quad it would also be possible to go for a 4 ultra C setup.
That superhuman Kami could even think about swapping her 3T combo with a 3A+2x combo (5 ultra)
Of course, that's the most points efficient way. I'm just thinking about conserving stamina and perhaps nerves as she only has to worry about 2 jumps rather than 3 or 4. She wouldn't be able to repeat the 3F with 4 ultra-c though right? That would mean she'd have to either swap out the 3F+3T for 3Lz+3T or learn a 3Lz+1Eu+3S...

)Actually, you're right, she may as well just repeat 4S and only have to warm up one ultra-c in that case. It would only be 0.25 points less although it does require learning an ultra-c combo and doing a 3Lz combo. Or she can have one point less if she doesn't do the Lz combo.
Anyway, I just hope she can get her stamina and confidence back next season.

Confidence and stability can worth more than little BV increment in the end (as you got perfectly in the Kami example)

You can repeat 2 triples or 1 triple and 1 quad. But I believe you can repeat double jumps as many times as you want.

Then don't expect Anya Sasha or KV to give their world spots away unless it will go to one of their teammates meaning AK. I want aleona to recover but what incentive will she have to get back on the ice let's say in January if there isn't an outside chance she could go to worlds? Otherwise she should just shut it down until the training camp in June or July whenever that is.

How so? You mean protecting Anya after she was attacked for getting the bronze at nationals?
