I don’t know why they decided to split the competition after 3 disciplines and let the short for women 2 days after and the free for men the same day. If kami is also going to skate the free, it will be a huge responsibility two days in a raw but she can do it.

Kamila was absolutely amazing. But our team today was more "helped" by Karen Chen. By the way, I do not rule out that our other skaters will return courtesy for courtesy and also give the American team a gift. In any case, there is still such a possibility ...Congratulations to the KaMissile. She turned the team event around in Russia's favor and scored 90 points like it was a-day of the beach.

Yes this Russian team is not as good as the 2014 team. But now they have the team gold medal in their sights because they picked up 4 points on the United States in the ladies SP thanks to iKV and Karens struggles and Nastia finishing ahead of Karen!
It will be interesting to see if they rest their top pairs team and put in the pairs team that trains at TT Then have dance and mark skate the short and free skates for Russia.
If for some reason Russia goes into the ladies freestype to close out the team event and they're trailing by one point they would certainly win the ladies freestype and the team gold medal because I can't see the American Girl finishing 2nd.
Nice work by the KaMissile tonight. How proud must her family be of her? This has been a brutal season or 2 for the figure skaters because of the worldwide virus that won't leave us and she just goes about her business and gets things done almost magically.
