Kamila Valieva

Hey Kamila, I'm really sorry that all of this happened to you. You handled it all quite bravely and with a maturity beyond your years. Nevertheless, you have still been traumatized, both emotionally and psychologically, by this whole experience, and I hope you will seek professional help to heal from these invisible injuries just like you would seek help to heal from a sprain or a fracture. You're in my prayers.❤️

At least someone is heartbroken for her unlike a certain person who yelled at her.
It was refreshing to see Sasha yelled at Eteri, I was like yeah, give her a piece of your mind.
Better be more creative.

I for instance am in contact with the people who will welcome Kamila in Moscow, asked them to deliver a message to her about our support. I think it's more useful than "yelling" anywhere, incl. the social media.

Now that the Olympic Games are almost over, I feel even more heartbroken for Kamila.
Regardless of whether or not she is responsible for doping, I can't help but think how this is going to affect her career and her life. It was nice to see the support of people like Witt, Savchenko and the whole skating scene in Russia. I just hope she can turn the page and get through this for the best, but it makes me feel worse to think that he spent practically her entire life going for this moment and it all fell apart. I also hope that she finds the motivation to show the world that she is a diamond and that her talent is innate, but honestly, I think that now she is so broken that if she decides not to continue in figure skating, I would not blame her.

I just know that I am lucky to live in a time when I was able to enjoy her brilliant, ethereal and sublime skating.

Kami, you are great! 🇷🇺💙

I’m more worried about the fact that at 15, she has to face the law and fight for her rights.
It’s already devastating for adult, it costs time, money and energy.
I hope her lawyers are efficient

It's because she's the most amazing skater I ever saw that I can't see her like today.
It's a crime, like intentionally breaking a gift from God.
Actually I hate everybody in skating excluding the skaters themself
Why in skating only? The great deal of a fault of what happened lies within IOC, who violated their own rules - leaking information about her to media. Therefore making the "protected" person at OG the most unprotected of them all. I hope for lawsuits against IOC for what they did as well.
I really, really hope they will give Kamilla a break and stop haunting her with cameras.
Agree. It's a shame that people are so stupid to not realize that pity and attention can be much more harmful than any hostility - especially for a strong person. There is nothing good when everyone around forcing you to view himself as a victim. Actually her coaches understands that much better (putting aside whether they are at fault or not) - but any attempt to behave with usual work attitude towards her to calm her down and distract Kamila from her state - making situation after her free to appear as trivial as possible - is perceived as sign of coaches cruelty.
The best situation for Kamila now would be everyone forgetting about her until case is closed - letting her routinely train as usual. Alas, it's not possible - and she will be reminded about her traumatic experience time and again, and again, and again - by all this people's compassion. It's quite possible she will start to sincerely hate figure skating as a result - and decide to end it for good. Which wouldn't happen if people could be more knowledgeable in a field of stress psychology.

Poor Kamila... I really can't be happy about any skaters getting the Olympic medal right now...
This olympics frustrated me to the core.

Less than 1000 followers to reach a million on Instagram. Consider that it took Alina and Zhenya almost 3 years since their popularity grew in 2018.

Kamila made it in two weeks... Our girl is very dear!! 🇷🇺💙
Yup, soon she will be more popular than Zhenia and Alina
