Yeah, even at lower-level competitions you'll find very suspicious scoring.
(Even if the calls given here seem to be pretty good so far.)

Tito also had 2 judges give her a GOE of 0 for her 3Lze+3T (which is allowed to be clear (max. starting GOE of +2, mandatory reduction of at least 2), but still).
