Ice Dancing I'm kind of confused if the top five nations get to send two teams to each event, or if nations who placed in the top five get to send two. Either way, the USA, Canada, and Russia get two teams per event. If it's the top five nations, the Ukraine and Italy get to as well. Everyone else gets to send one.
Everyone can send three pairs team to the events where there's a pairs competition. And of course, host nations get three entries in their own events, and can throw in extra pairs teams if they've got a pairs competition and they want to.
