Into third probably. Same pop issues but great spins. Not bad really. Top nine.

She was top 10 last year. That’s just creeping along. I hope she gets that hip issue fixed (regardless of whether or not she continues to skate). Maybe do a little show skating and/or coaching this summer. Unfortunately that won’t get her 4CCs.

Lindsay's program had some really interesting positions and choreographic choices. She has the potential to really sell a program in the future. Despite the mistakes this was very promising.

I was very nervous for Lindsay after the 1st 2 jumping passes but she touched back nicely

Lindsay started off so shaky, got better as the program went on. Good skate overall!

Thorngren’s free program is my favorite by an American lady this season. I already know her score is going to annoy me.

Lindsay Thorngren will get her jumps back, and when she does, she will be a major force.

Her skating is so much more interesting. More mature, more expressive.

All young women go through this spell, and she'll weather it.

I predict she will be fighting for the title next year.
