Kevin Aymoz

I'm glad Kevin is in a good place for future Europeans. He did pretty good, particularly recovering from an ankle injury. I love both his programs.
Yes, considering that he's far from being fully recovered, this is a very encouraging result! With a bonus, a third spot for France at next Europeans. If neither him nor Adam have to withdraw next year, I think that their spots are a given, but that the third spot will be quite open.
Now, I'm conflicted. I want him to do wonders at Worlds, but I don't want him to overtrain and worsen his injury...

A nice comment from Kevin. He is of course disappointed with fourth place, but he is on the road to recovery and it is amazing that he has all his jumps back. His ankle injury could have caused him to miss the rest of the season. So happy that he is in a good place.

Kevin was in Boudreaux for the junior French National Championship. He was in the kiss n cry with two girls who train with him in Grenoble. It was great to see him in that role. Someday, hopefully quite a few years from now, I would love to see him as a choreographer and coach. :)

I'm so happy he had a clean skate with a 4-3 combo. In the final group now! I'd rather not expect too much, I just hope he can enjoy it and the free will also go well. I still think he's a bit underappreciated because his choreos are slightly out of the box.
His program is really detailed and skated like he did today, it was a masterpiece.

Wonderful day today for Kevin. He was in control and it served him well. So happy for him and Jason and really everyone in the top ranks for such a great event. I held my breath a good long time while Kevin skated but he had that in his hands and he did wonderfully well. Congrats!

There are no words for how happy I was at the end of Kevin's long program! Seeing his reaction at his finish, waiting for the scores, and then after he saw the scores, I was crying with him.

You can tell he puts his whole heart into his performances, I hope he always looks back on this Championships with happiness.
