Boyarintseva-Pleshkov was a successful partnership, or at least it looks like it. Let's see which women will make the move and where. They all will have to do seniors right away, though, for the male partners available.
Boyarintseva/Pleshkov are definitely not what I would consider a successful partnership. They did exceed expectations by placing 7th at the nationals, but I felt that they were a bit gifted there. They are not very consistent and I don’t think they will be going anywhere long-term. But time will show.

They do look pretty on the ice, elegant, nice lines, but unfortunately I don’t think that’s enough within Russian skating. I don’t think they have a chance to ever get anywhere, even if the current top three Russian pairs retired (which won’t happen). There will always be pairs who are more consistent and better technically (with harder jumps). If you look at Pepeleva/Pleshkov’s competitions in the past few years, It wasn’t just Pepeleva who was not delivering; Pleshkov made a mistake as often as she did. That won’t change with him having a new partner.

It is very individual how long it takes. If there is an experienced male partner, it doesn’t take that long. Antipova went from an average junior singles skater without any pair experience and no international competition experience to senior pair skater who placed 8th at worlds within two years of switching to pairs (and moving to seniors). Mary Beth Marley went also from an average junior singles skater to senior pairs 10th place at worlds in their second season.
what happened to mary beth marley?

Italian Jr Ice Dance team Noemi Maria Tali / Stefano Frasca and US Jr Ice Dance team Romy Malcolm / Noah Lafornara have split.

Noemi Maria Tali and Noah Lafornara have now teamed up and will be representing Italy.

nooooooooooooooooo! they were my favourite italian juniors :( how about Stefano? didn't he find a partner yet?

Yes, I liked Tali/Frasca a lot too. đź’” Stefano is not on Ice Partner Search, and he has not announced anything on his IG (or anywhere else for that matter) yet, but he isn't very active on social media either way.

His girlfriend, Beatrice Ventura, is also an Ice Dancer, but I'm not too sure if she's still skating, nor is there any concrete evidence they are pairing up in a professional capacity too, as they've been training in the same coaching group for a long time anyways.

His partner is Beatrice Ventura (http://www.isuresults.com/bios/isufs00110780.htm). Might be a possibility as they also split up and he found a new partnership: https://www.instagram.com/p/ChcbprrIZk3/?igshid=MDJmNzVkMjY=
i guess will see, things are getting better for Dozzi/Papetti and Leccardi/Della Torre though

Sadly, it seems you can add Haruna Murakami / Sumitada Moriguchi (JPN, pairs) too, as per Anything GOE on Twitter: https://twitter.com/AnythingGOE/status/1649757714422157314

However, this article from Nikkan Sports, suggests that, while they won't compete together for the next few seasons, they want to team up again in the 2026-2027 season.
that would be a sign that the age difference is just not going to work out next year...I know some were anxious for a special rule on this...

Huidi Wang / Ziqi Jia (CHN, pairs) have ended their partnership due to Huidi's mental health struggles.

Ziqi has posted a statement explaining his perspective on the split on Weibo, however, I'm advising you all to thread carefully in reading this statement, particularly if you yourself struggle with suicidal thoughts. Mainly because of the tone in which Ziqi talks about Huidi's struggle with depression and suicidal ideation, but also because of the fact that it is unclear whether she agreed to him sharing any of this information about her mental health publicly. Keep in mind that Huidi has not even turned 18 yet, and please treat this matter with the necessary kindness and seriousness.

I'm hoping that Huidi will be able to get treatment for her mental health issues and that she's able to heal in a more supportive environment - outside and, if she wants, inside of figure skating.❤

Please I hope Huidi gets the help she needs. That’s so horrible. She’s not even an adult she has so much ahead of her in life.

Too busy blaming her for her own mental health issues instead of thinking about what role he (and the wider training environment) might have in exacerbating it  Seems like a toxic combination of male pair skater chauvinism, militantly patriotic state-sponsored sporting culture and the common societal attitude that mental health issues are just a character fault, especially for youth and women.

All the best to Huidi. Chinese pairs skating is not in a good state (in more than one sense), for her own sake if she doesn't leave the sport she'd better leave the country...
