Jason Brown

Jason did a short Q and A session when he was in Japan for the Japan Open.

He emphasized that his FS is a work in progress and will add more features as he becomes more comfortable with skating this program.

He will not be working as a reporter at Skate America like last year since he will be training during that time.

Jason says Millie suggested the music (well, he says his best friend, I'm assuming Millie). And he added the reverse spin for the new spin elements and he knows it needs work.

All good questions! All good answers! I'm happy to see that he's taking his Nats prep seriously and will be working hard. We'll miss seeing his presence at SKAM, but he does need to train. That's a lot of choreo to learn and get consistent. Thanks for posting!

Jason, the natural coach, conducting an adult skating class in Chicagoland (Glacier). I embedded from Twitter, but you go on IG, check out all the rave reviews in the tags as well.

Presumably he may also be getting touch-ups from Ro on Tarzan choreo.

Love Adios - jury still out on Tarzan. Love the leaf costume - the music is just meh! Maybe it will grow on me? But it's so wonderful to see Jason on the ice doing anything.
Jason did a Q and A and he said that he had to take out a bunch of stuff out of the Tarazan program in order to be ready for The Japan Open. He said that there is more to the program than what we saw and he can't wait for fans to see it when it is more polished.😀 I love Adios too.

I think Jason said in another Q and A that he might go to another competition before Nationals. I think that Jason's best friend is Emily.

after he retires, he should totally hit up Ashley Wagner and work with Skate and Sculpt. can you imagine??? he would be perfect for it.

It wasn;t the content of the Tarzan program I didn't care for - the choreography was very good. It's the awful music. I don't see IMO spectators relating to it. Just my opinion but it's nothing I would have ever associated with Jason (or anybody for that matter)

It's nice that Jason is in Chicago for a bit. Seeing the two friends together with Ro is wonderful. They've both come a long way since Monument and Kori. Two different roads, but eventually the roads came together.

I'm just catching up on the men's free from France. Honestly, I think we are seeing the Jason Brown effect. MUCH more attention to choreo, transitions, and musicality. I mean, no one is Jason but honestly I think Jason being Jason is making ppl push themselves artistically. I know the code has changed, too, but I like to think Jason has influence.
