She goes into 6th position with a score of 32.45 points. So, 4.64 points higher than last week.

And, probably more importantly for the sibling rivalry thing, she is 5.36 points ahead of Emma.

We now move to the ISU part of the event, to complete the Juniors and Seniors. First up is a Junior double-bill. 17 girls; followed by 9 boys. The girls are arranged into a group of 5; followed by a group of 6; followed by a resurfacing; followed by a group of 6.

Hang on, I just looked at the TES box and I'm confused.

Here's the traffic light emoticon:



Somebody tell me how on Earth neutral GOE gets a blue box. If we are using a system based on traffic lights, surely neutral GOE should be orange.

This would make much more sense:

Red - negative GOE
Orange - neutral GOE
Green - positive GOE
Grey - invalid element

(I wanted to use circles, but there is no grey circle. There is a grey heart, though, so hearts it became!)

But, maybe that is just my way of thinking.

She had exactly the same make-up on yesterday, and I thought it was far too much for a "Grease" programme. But, as you say, it is just right for "Swan Lake" today.

Amodio commenting on each element as it is shown in the highlights! I'm trying to remember, did he try his hand at commentary at the French Championships a few months ago? I think he did.

When the music changed and Emilija OZOLA (LAT) went over to the officials, I thought there was a problem with the music. And I think the person behind the camera thought the same, as the camera didn't stay on her. But, she was actually doing that annoying getting right in the Judges faces thing that seems to have become fashionable in the past season or so.

Sorry, but I hate it and think that it should get an automatic deduction. (She did get a deduction, but it was for a fall).

She goes into 3rd in the FS, and 2nd overall.

I really hope that it gets a deduction when skaters touch the boards or stop in front of the judges. The choreographers need to be told to stop it.

Today Ida is wearing her FS costume after wearing Linneas FS costume yesterday, but Pernille is wearing her old SP costume today. Where is her yellow costume? Now it feels like the Norwegian girls are pranking us with costumes

Jelizaveta. Nice outfit and program. Good 2A, she finished a little before the music ended.

Oooh, I liked that variation on the heart arm thing that Jelizaveta RUDNEVA (EST) and her coaches did. The coaches raised their arms up to do the curve bit that we are used to seeing, but then Jelizaveta in the middle reached down to make the point with her hands. The result being that she was properly surrounded by the heart.

She goes into 2nd in the FS and overall. Just 0.40 behind Lilian overall.

Ida has a lot of potential, but rushes into her jumps, it feel like it´s either hit or miss. But overall not bad, and her spins are beautiful, I think she has improved them a lot
