Great 3Lz+3T and 3F and an elegant program for Kara Yun, although she ends up with a StSq1 and slots behind Megan Woodley. Meanwhile, my childhood musical theatre obsession is on the ice - great use of knees to save the jumps! William is an adorable little pocket rocket, and continues the theme of strong junior men programs!

Other than the 3Lz, that was great from William. Top 6 at Nationals should be good for the Junior Men if they keep this up.

He'll have Wesley and 6 of the Junior Men.

Hetty has a nice, if rather unmemorable, program to an instrumental version of Umbrellas of Cherbourg. A 3F< and a really wonderful 3Lo+3T round off a strong program for her, and she gets slightly better levels than Kara before her. Canadian women's skating is definitely looking much stronger so far this season!

I think that's the first time I've seen David Shteyngart not fall on his 3A attempt.

3 in 3 for Davids... the 3axel will be downgraded but it was a brave attempt anyway

Not the skate he wanted, but I think it's better than where he was earlier in the season.

Eddy will be devastated with this but I am not. My son did okay.. He still needs a bit more mileage.. the jumps, even the salchow were there.. just needs to trust his landings...

I am laughing though... Yvan has two very rebellious skaters who are night and day
I never thought i'd like such musical choice for figure skating but Eddy sold it well

The real prize is at Nationals... so let's hope he will do better at "home"
