Kao Miura out due to left hamstring injury
Sota Yamamoto replacing him
It took bombing JNats for Kao to finally start making responsible decisions regarding his injury
Praying he recovers well, is pain free and healthy and able to compete in top form again very soon

I'm just so relieved for Kao, definitely a good decision to skip Universiade in order to rest and heal!
You can watch here. You can make your own library once you made your account.I am trying to remember last year.... is the stream live and on demand?
FISU TV also has apps for Google Play and Amazon Fire TV. They used to have app for Apple two years ago, but it looks like it's no longer available.

OK, I logged in and made a "my list". As @Jeanie19 stated, I could add the app to my Roku and it already has my list. I still wonder about replays being on or if YOUTUBE will have them. Three days before the skating I am having my first cataract surgery so I am not sure how much I can "see".

YES!!!! Sofía Val / Asaf Kazimov (ESP) are getting to do a Major this season after all!!! 
And because the Universiade website is displaying the names of the Spanish and Portuguese speaking skaters in their proper format, it means I have finally found out Sofía's full name! (It was really bugging me that I had Asaf's full name in their Fan Fest OP but not Sofía's).

Can any country have more than one entry in singles? It says Norway has two entries now - Linnea Kilsand and Kaia Kleven. Do the list show subs. as well? I wasn´t expecting Kaia to be there as well
Edit: The other countries subs. that we know of isn´t listed on the same page. So it seems in fact Norway has two entries. Maybe they opened up for additional entries after the deadline? Countries like Spain and Poland has two entries in women as well.

It's during Canadian Nationals, and US Nationals is the week after.

Wikipedia: "In ice dance, only one partner must be a citizen of the country for which they are competing. Each nation may send a maximum of three entries per discipline."
I think many counties could send more than one, but is not just the FS federation but local Olympic committee which makes the final decisions. It is also probably matter of money how many athletes total a country sends.

Though I'm in some kind of figure skating slump atm, I'll watch the men here. Reasonable competition times and some good entries. Yuma, Kyrylo, Misha, Arlet, Corey
