Laura RUTKAUSKAITE (Sidabrine Paciuza) is wearing a dark blue dress which has a cut-out section at the back with what looks like a pattern made of strings of pearls.

She is doing a "Phantom Of The Opera" programme. And it seems to be just the strings section playing for the title piece in the first section. Then we move onto "Music Of The Night" with vocals.

Not a bad skate.

Leja BRUZAITE (Startas) is wearing a royal blue dress, with white trim. I would say it was gorgeous if it didn't have that slash across the front.

Is this our first "Exogenesis Symphony" of the event? I think it is. Oh, hang on, it has given way to another Muse song which I can't remember the name of.

That was a really good skate. I think she'll be the new leader.

She is. In both the FS and overall.

And no reaction to the scores at all from either skater or coach.

Daniele TAMKEVICIUTE (Startas) is trying to confuse us. She comes out in a beautiful plain royal blue dress, and then you hear the familiar opening notes of "Rise Like A Phoenix" by Conchita Wurst.

There were a couple of rough edits to the music in the second half of the programme.

She was good. But, I will always add, Anna Pogorilaya spoiled this song as skating music for me. Because nobody will ever come close to being as good with this music as she was.

For goodness sake, they are showing the replays for the previous skater! I know they were both wearing royal blue dresses, but they looked very different!

Elija JUZIKYTE (Amber LTU) is wearing a grey-ish white dress with black patches on it.

Skating to "Can’t Pretend" by Tom Odell.

Not a bad skate to start off the final group.

Oh no. I think she's crying. She's facing away from the camera with her hand hiding her face.

The coach is trying to comfort and re-assure her.

Yep, when she evenutally took away her hand, you could see she had been crying.

She goes into 3rd position in the FS, and 2nd position overall.

Kamile SALIUTE (Startas) is wearing a black dress with silver section around her mid-riff.

Beautiful music with featured violin and vocalisations.

Hang on, it has turned into a song, I recognise it. Not sure what language it is in.

Ach, the programme ended just as the big bit of the song was about to start!

That was a really good skate!

She didn't seem too interested in anything while waiting for her scores. But when the scores were announced, she suddenly turned around to her coach with a shocked look!

Sofija LICHOVIDOVA (Speigas) is wearing a dress that is mainly black, but becomes cream in the skirt part.

Very dramatic and intense instrumental music. Which I imagine reflects whatever film it was that it is taken from. (Still trying to work out why we occasionally heard a typewriter...)

That was a good skate!

Somebody has given her a cushion. I can imagine that being useful with those wooden chairs!

She goes into 2nd position in the FS, and the lead overall.

She was not expecting that! What a reaction!

Now for three skaters from the local club in a row. First up is Gabija GRIGAITE (Startas), who is wearing a white dress. Well, it might be more accurate to say a white bra-top, white knicker-shorts, and white mesh dress over the top of it all.

Beautiful instrumental music.

And beautiful skating to go along with it. Such a pity about the fall.

She goes into the lead of both the FS and overall.

I think the pictures might be out of sync with the sound. She reacted with delight before we heard the announcer starting to talk.

Agata MATONE (Startas) is wearing a red jumpsuit. And skating to "Set Fire To The Rain" by Adele.

A big song for a little girl. But, she's a little jumping bean!

That said, early on she did a jump, and landed it brilliantly, and then got her legs tangled when she was moving out from it, and very nearly fell.

She looks disappointed waiting for her scores. Her coach is talking to her.

She goes into 6th position in the FS, and 5th position overall.

Now I can understand why she was disappointed.

The last of the girls from the local club, Medeina TAMKEVICIUTE (Startas), was wearing a black jumpsuit with gold pattern.

Very different music. I don't know how you would describe it.

But she skated it well!

After not seeing her team-mate properly at the start, Aniceta VILCINSKAITE (Elektrenu) is trying to confuse us. She is wearing a dress that is pink in the top half, and black in the bottom half.

She was really going for it!

She goes into 3rd position in the FS, and 2nd position overall.

That was really good.

Lots of cuddly toys to gather up.

I would say that this is the winner of both the FS and overall.

Mmmm. The scores came through so quickly that we missed them while watching the replays!

Right, back now for the Junior Ladies FS.

Unfortunately, the desktop computer jammed during the closing stages of the Advanced Novices. Fortunately, it was the laptop that I had connected to the TV for the stream. But, the desktop is still starting up again. So, I will have to re-open eveything else (e.g. Golden Skate, the Entries / Results pages and Time Schedule PDF's for both this and the Spanish Championships, etc.) on it at some stage. Because it is hard to watch skating and write comments at the same time on the laptop.

Going to have to watch what we got of Viktorija MICHALOVSKA (Startas) later.

She was wearing a red dress, and skating to an "epic" female cover of "Wicked Game".

The new stream only had the last minute of her programme. But what was there was good.

She is puffed, but she is very happy!

It's always nice to see the first skater to go in the FS happy.

Gaaah! I can't remember what this song is. I went to her ISU Bio to check, and it only has her SP music, which is listed as her FS music!

Not a bad skate.

Taking a long time for the scores to come through. This isn't a good sign. Unless they are having technical issues. Which I hope they aren't, because I want this over before the Spanish Senior Free Dance starts!

But apart from that, it was really good.
