we have a busy week ahead of us...

It seems like for me, the season never slows...but that is good if you live in a land of perpetual ice fog. First, the wonderful JGP, then, the GP, Japan sectionals/regionals and nats, the Korean Ranking cup and nats.....followed by the US nats and 4CCs and Worlds....I dont seem to have the fire in my belly anymore to attend US Nats and Worlds ....would love to see another SA or 4CCs...Good time to watch this comp and recover from some medical issues while watching US Nats on the Telly.....
I still have this memory...maybe false...that this comp will be available on demand some how,.......

I am afraid that there are not predictions for the Universiade or the EYOF this season, because in previous seasons these events tended to be very late in announcing the entries, meaning that it was a mad rush for the organisers of the Skate Picks to get the Predictions Threads up, and then a mad rush for the players to get their predictions in.

It's a shame, as including them helped to raise the profile of the events.

But, hey! We still have the Canadian Championships to fill our predicting needs this week!

Thank you so much for mentioning this. As British Eurosport no longer have the British Isles rights for the ISU run events, I had got out of the habit of checking Discovery+ for figure skating.

Right, that's made my decision easier as to what to watch LIVE this week. I'll watch the Volvo Open Cup LIVE, as I know that there is no danger of the Universiade streams disappearing from Discovery+.

It’s been a long time since I did a TV Schedule post, but with this news, I feel like I should do one now.

That is one thing I don't like about Discovey+. At least on the old Eurosport Player, they told you when the content expires. But on Discovery+ they don't. You just have to learn from experience.

And it has got even more complicated since Discovery took over BT Sport, and it became TNT Sport. Because although the Eurosport content remains up for a year, the TNT Sport content (which you pay a lot more for ) only remains up for a month.

Which is really annoying for motorbike racing fans, as the World Superbikes and British Superbikes are Eurosport, but MotoGP is TNT Sport.

I really wish Discovery would re-format the channels so that TNT Spost was just for the truly premium content (football, rugby, cricket, golf, and possibly tennis), and all the other content was on Eurosport. Because it is not fair that fans of what are not by any means premium sports have to pay premium prices to see all the content from their sport.
