We will see how the team shakes out by then - a lot can happen in a year.Maybe Max can make that Worlds, too.

I'm proud of him and know he can do everything in that program. I don't think he has ever had the chance to be this close and he will work on handling that for the new year. The journey continues...i think most skaters at this point, are seeing the olympics as the target.
I know we are disappointed for Jimmy but he did half of what he needed to do... top 3 in SP.. if he does this next year and has a good LP, he could be at the games too... the olympic season is always a roller coaster .... Patrick disappeared for a while when he left Marina... his fans were so worried.... it took Ravi and some of his friends (future wife, Scott Moir) to convince him to compete at the games... and he ended up being crucial in Canada's victory in the team event... and now is Olympic champion...
now i don't think that US men 2 or 3 will participate in the team event... because Ilia is certainly the one to skate both programs but for these other men, being there is probably the dream anyway, not so much the result...
it will be fascinating to see next year's US nationals
It was. I remember lighting candlesI think it was the same for Roman... but that's so long ago![]()
As long as Alysa Liu gets to skate at the Team event, I will be happy. She can discoi think most skaters at this point, are seeing the olympics as the target.

Yeah a big WTF. Doesn't make any sense in the real world. So the two uncharacteristicly bad GP skates were because of an undisclosed injury? So much talk about "not eligible for petition because of equipment issues" ... and then *pending return to play protocol...
i mean, he's not injured...

Jacob gets funds. Either Team B Tier 2 for Junior World Champion or Team C Tier 1 for 7-8th place at US Senior Nationals.I am sure they will find a way to fund JacobHe may even win JWC
I can't imagine a situation where Jacob would not be going.I would send Jacob and Patrick Blackwell to junior worlds. The winner of junior nationals has the technical minimums from this year's Cup of Nice, but that is his only international competition other than Cranberry Cup. Patrick has more experience.
He's won pewter and silver in juniors and I guess he chose to skate in Seniors for the experience and with all this success this year isn't worried about a win on the junior level at Nationals. Of course I don't know him, that's just what I speculate. Funding is the same for 7-8 senior or Junior Champion. What about Jacob coming in 7th? He would have won the junior title.
I saw the Eagles. Jalen still paying the rentThis sporting day for me has been wonderful, miraculous and just wow.
Andrew you were the only skater I pulled myself away from the game for. Just wow. Just unbelievable. To see your talent come forward like that, to see your confidence, to see that score. This Worlds will be different than the last one I can feel it in my bones. I surely hope I am not jinxing anything,
I did rewind for Jacob at a commercial break. OMG, he's such a senior skater now.
But I am sorry my skating fan friends, the only Quad God I care about now is Saquon. IYKYK.
for both "my" events.

He has said he's in through the coming Olympics. After that I just hope he's not caught up in the huge mass of skaters who retire post Olympics. He's very close to being an Uncle.I hope he does not retire. If Ilia medals at Olympics, a spot may open up for Worlds next year as most skip Worlds due to all the publicity and opportunity and from what I've seen his chances would still be good.

Sigh, not even 4CCs for Jimmy.Hot off the presses - https://www.usfigureskating.org/new...s-world-world-junior-and-four-continents-team

Jalen is keeping the main thing the main thing. Your former fiancé decided to answer those who think that he cannot pass. Don’t know where they got that idea from.I saw the Eagles. Jalen still paying the rent
Was not a tremendous day for me, not at all. The pinnacle of this nataionals has been Junior Pairs and Junior men for me.
That's so funny. Who would think that?Jalen is keeping the main thing the main thing. Your former fiancé decided to answer those who think that he cannot pass. Don’t know where they got that idea from.
I am sorry that your current fiancé did not have the skate that you would have liked. But he did himself proud in the SP
I have returned from eating a ton of unhealthy food and now I feel sick and it didn't change things one iota. Oh well.

More iike 30 years ago but point well taken. If he improves maybe he'll reach 400.
(OK, yeah, lose the backflip. Surya Bonaly's was better 40 years ago.))
