I stalked and Filippo says Milania is looking for different partner and different coach. Milania does not mention about her looking for a new partner.

Milania Vaananen (FIN) has posted on her instagram that she and Filippo Clerici have ended their partnership.

UPDATE: Filippo has posted too now, making it seem like it was mainly Milania's decision...
I am sorry to hear this. I felt Milania had improved a lot with Filippo compared to with her former partner. On an upward line so to speak.

Yes, I thought this pairs team competed well at Boston Worlds. They certainly held their own and seemed promising. Still exploring what they could become, and still needing to continue improving, of course, but they presented well together amidst a hungry, competitive field.

Patinage Quebec released their development teams list, which means new partnerships!

Pairs
Julia Quattrocchi and Etienne Lacasse (CAN)
Beau Callahan and Vladimir Furman (CAN)

Ice Dance
Jessie Gagnon and Anthony MacDonald (CAN)

Anthony MacDonald was previously partnered with Amelia Dufour-Saysourinho.

List is here - https://patinage.qc.ca/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/Equipes-B-RC-25-26-V2.pdf

Oh how exciting! I look forward to the debut of all these teams. Julia & Etienne sound promising and hurray that Beau is back. I don’t know the dancers, but love to see new faces.

Pucherova/Lysak (SVK) have split

And on the topic of Slovak ice dance teams, Aneta Vaclavikova and William Lissauer have paired up to compete for the USA (and all three Vaclavik siblings now represent a different country):

Also, Melissa Cachova / Ivan Morozov (ice dance) have paired up - Unclear for which country at this point, the Czech Republic or Slovakia.

Edit: On second thought, they will probably represent the Czech Republic. Melissa labels herself as a Czech skater in her bio & I don't think Ivan has Slovak citizenship (he was born in St. Petersburg). With them training in Italy, they'd have fewer issues (with residency requirements, etc.) if they represent a country one of them is a citizen of.

And to do a bit of "maintenance", Katalin Janne Salatzki / Lukas Roesler (GER, pairs) have split. Lukas is on IcePartnerSearch: https://icepartnersearch.com/showbio.php?i=7858
(Any German girls interested in pairs? A number of German boys are on the search for a partner currently.)

Pucherova/Lysak (SVK) have split

The fact that we have started the season with four ice dance couples in seniors and juniors which we haven't had in a while if ever and are ending it with only the weakest junior couple left is kinda depressing. I feel like Sofia and Nikita made a great progress this season so I'm sad to see them go, but wish them all the best in the future.

I recently stumbled across an interview with Aneta's father where he mentioned that she was having tryouts and it was looking very promising but the coaches will have the last word, so I assume the tryouts were with Lissauer. I'm sort of surprised they'll represent US, with the depth of the field in US it'd have been easier for them to represent Slovakia and get the assignments, but on the other hand I can imagine that it's easier for Aneta to get a release and then fight for the assignments in the next 2 years of juniors after sitting out a season.

For anyone wondering about why she split with Morozov, according to her father they have incompatible personalities and were communicating only on the ice with no relationship outside of ice. They tried to work with mental coach and psychologist but as there was ultimately no bad relationship just zero communication nothing could have been done and after much thinking they decided to end the partnership now, so Aneta would have some time in juniors left with a new partner.

Anastasia Polibina and Pavel Golovishnikov (PL ice dance) have retired today. It was announced during MKS Axel Gala. They will be coaches at the club and I wish them all the best.
During the same gala it was announced that Filip Bojanowski teamed with Helena Cahart. They will be representing Poland.
