This year they held Georgian Nationals for the first time, because they finally have a suitable ice-rink. As far as the results are concerned, there was nothing to bet in. The only exception is in ice-dance, it looks like Davis Smolkin didn't compete, so Kazakova Revia are the champions.

Just realized I will be at work for the entire first and second day. Sorry but I will miss chatting with you folks.

We will miss you. With the time zone differences, I am just gonna stay off of social media and watch after supper. In a week, we go to the Helena MT fairgrounds and camp out for 3 nights and 4 days for a dog agility show, then I have a cruise May 10 to Alaska, and of course all the Spring chores are popping up now that we are in the 50s...so I wont miss not being on the computer....You all have fun. Grass widows and Yellow Bells to all the skaters....you have fun too. You gave us a wonderful season.

Which short program will Kevin skate to? Last years short or this years. I like both. But I predict he will skate to this years "Everybody". What do you think?

I think he may skate this year's, as he said he skated last year's for specific reasons at a USA Worlds.

I prefer last year's program even disregarding the message (and I approve of the message) so I would like him to skate that one.

I hope that he will do last years. Now that he has made the mental connection that this year's programme is problematic because of what happened after US nationals, I am concerned that he could end up having a meltdown skate if he does it and the emotion gets on top of him in the wrong way.

Scoring is based on skater placements for each event. Win by .50, win by 30, the team gets the same score.

Won’t stop Ilia from going for all the quads, because that’s how he rolls but he doesn’t “need” to.

I think he's dominant, but not invincible. I can't imagine he's been in full training mode leading up to this - of course, I doubt any of the skaters have, so you have to factor that in. I wouldn't be surprised if he watered down his programs, and I wouldn't be surprised if he tried something outrageous like a 4/4 combo. You never know.

5 girls wearing identical white dresses; and 5 boys wearing white shirts and black trousers.

One of the boys has white boots, and because of this you can see that the trousers have black straps holding them in place. Good idea, actually.
