Eve has lovely body movement when she isn't focused on the jump approaches, and soft arms. Running steps into a slide to start the choreo sequence, and a glorious Ina Bauer in front of the judges. A pretty Biellmann spin to finish.
She seems to own the athleticism she gained as she grew up from her tiny childhood frame. I hope it bodes well taken together with her determination to compete. I know the result is not high, but I hope she continues.
Why this music?
Anyways, her 2A is still huge, but the rotation on some of the other jumps was maybe a bit short. The 3S+2Lo was really cool, definitely not a combination seen often. Good skate overall.
Sofya did a good job. Big 2A to start, then 3Lz‑2T‑2Lo. Toe pick spin in her layback again, really unique. 3F in the 3F‑2T covers so much ice. That was a good skate, though I think the doubles hurt her tech score. Wish she had someone with her in the Kiss 'n Cry.
Really, Tito reminds me a bit of Samo(delkina) in her first (domestic) Sr season, in terms of jumps being landed but often being short of rotation. I wonder if a coaching change would also help her.
Another good skate with some obvious underrotations. Still, enjoyable to watch.
I'm happy the Netherlands has some promising Juniors with Angel and Lucca. Very different style of skating, very different strengths, but I hope they'll push each other to be even better.
Angel lays down yet another good skate. Her jumps are solid, and the ch combo and layback spins show off her flexibility. She takes over as leader from Diana.
