They called a fall on the 3Lz+3T and a choreo/in between element, so it's -2 for the first two falls, and then -4 for the last two because the 3rd and 4th falls are worth -2 each.

They called a fall on a knee slide, it added up
I think they probably counted the hand down on the slide as a fall, as he transferred his weight onto it. Four falls is -6 in senior competitions. -1 for each of the first two falls, and then -2 each for the second two.
