If you are talking about the person sitting beside Chris Howarth, it's 1991 and 1995 Universiade Ladies Champion Tonia Kwaitkowski (USA).

And according to the American members, she is very experienced commentating, having previously been on Ice Network.

Very good from Tamir Kuperman again. Multiple quads and he maintaimed great pace til the end. One slightly shaky 3 rittberger aside - he was clean. He bas a great debut at Senior championships. Not 1st overall, and "just" 4th in FS but he's very happy with a new PB.
